How quickly is my post forwarded?
Incoming post is received and processed Monday to Friday. With Plus, we forward your mail on request once a month in one batch; with Premium, once a week whenever there is mail. After dispatch, transit time is up to the postal service: 1 to 3 working days within Austria, 3 to 7 working days within the EU, and depending on the country for the rest of Europe.
Can I choose which post is forwarded?
Yes, you can specify whether all post or only certain items should be forwarded. Alternatively, you can also receive post digitally by scan and have only selected items forwarded physically.
