Mail forwarding Austria: EU-wide, postage included

With Plus, we forward your mail on request once a month in one batch; with Premium, once a week whenever there is mail. After dispatch, transit time is up to the postal service: 1 to 3 working days within Austria, 3 to 7 working days within the EU, and depending on the country for the rest of Europe.

Forwarding within the EU is available on request from the Plus plan at no extra charge, including postage. It is also included in the Premium plan, which additionally forwards to the rest of Europe, postage included.

Yes. With Plus and Premium, every letter is scanned on the day it arrives and sent to you as a PDF by email. The originals then travel to your chosen address on your plan's schedule, so you read right away and file later.

Yes, you can change your forwarding address at any time by email. The change takes effect from the next forwarding.

Yes, we accept parcels on your behalf. With Premium, we also collect RSa and RSb mail held at the post office using a postal authorisation. With Basic and Plus, we receive the collection notices; you collect the mail from the post office yourself. Items marked “Nicht an Postbevollmächtigte” must be collected by you in person.

With Plus and Premium, your mail is scanned and you receive the PDF by email. With Basic, you collect your mail yourself. We notify you by email about RSa and RSb mail held at the post office and about parcels.

A redirection order with the postal service diverts mail from an old address for a limited time. With Postservice.at, the Vienna business address stays your permanent address for the commercial register, authorities and clients. We receive your mail there and send it on for as long as you like.
