Total cost excluding share capital: approx. EUR 1,550-3,570, or approx. EUR 1,030-3,050 with the NeuFoeG exemption from the commercial register fees. Court fees rose from EUR 493 to EUR 522 on 1 August 2026; the legal basis is the Austrian Court Fees Act.
