Postservice.at offers the phone answering service in three add-on tiers: 39 euros net per month for a local phone number with call forwarding, 99 euros net per month for a virtual assistant with call answering and call notes, and 149 euros net per month for a secretariat with onboarding on your business and emails containing call summaries.

After every call you receive a notification by email or SMS. It includes the caller's name, the subject of the call and a callback number so you can respond promptly and with full context.

What hours does the phone answering service cover?
Call answering runs Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. Outside those hours a professional voicemail can be activated or call forwarding set up. In the Phone number tier, calls are forwarded to your chosen number around the clock.
Can calls be forwarded directly to me?
Yes, on request we can forward calls directly to your mobile or another number. You decide whether we filter first or connect straight through.
