Send us your preferred time via the contact form or by phone. We confirm availability and reserve the room for you. Meeting rooms are bookable from one hour.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment, there are no costs. For shorter-notice cancellations we charge for the booked period.
How are the meeting rooms equipped?
Every room offers high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, coffee for all participants and flexible seating for 2 to 6 people. A whiteboard is included from the half-day booking, and catering is available on request.
Are meeting room hours included in the Premium plan?
Yes. The Premium plan includes 4 hours of meeting room use per month. Beyond that, you book at the regular rates from 25 euros per hour.
How much does it cost to use a meeting room?
One hour costs 25 euros, a half day (4 hours) 89 euros and a full day (8 hours) 149 euros. All prices are net plus 20% VAT.
