What does the business address cost?
The business address in 1010 Vienna starts at 49 EUR/month (Basic plan, yearly billing). The Plus plan with mail scanning costs 79 EUR/month and the Premium plan with RSb acceptance 129 EUR/month.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees or hidden costs. The monthly plan price includes all core services. Additional services such as mail forwarding are billed based on actual effort.
What contract terms are available?
You can choose between monthly and yearly billing. With yearly billing you benefit from a lower monthly price. After the minimum term, the contract can be cancelled at any time.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days after booking, we refund the full amount, no questions asked.
What is included in the Basic plan?
The Basic plan (49 EUR/month) includes: registered business address in 1010 Vienna, incoming mail, parcel acceptance, company nameplate on the mailbox, self-collection (Mon-Sun) and a digital access system.
What does the Plus plan add?
The Plus plan (79 EUR/month) extends the Basic plan with: unlimited scans as PDFs by email, optional physical mail forwarding, a prominent company nameplate and your logo on our website.
When is the Premium plan worth it?
The Premium plan (129 EUR/month) is worth it if you want RSb letters accepted by an authorised representative, need EU-wide mail forwarding, or want to use the 6-month mail redirection service after an address change.
Can I switch my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The new price applies from the next billing period. A downgrade is possible at the end of the current term.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit card, SEPA direct debit and bank transfer. Billing is handled by our payment provider, monthly or yearly in advance.
Are there discounts for longer terms or multiple companies?
With yearly billing you already receive a lower monthly price compared to monthly payment. For customers with several companies we prepare individual offers. Contact us for details.
