What exactly is a registered business address?
A registered business address is a real physical address (not a P.O. box) at which official documents and business mail can be legally served. It is required for entry in the commercial register, the trade registration and the imprint.
Can I use the business address for my imprint?
Yes, the address Seitenstettengasse 5/37, 1010 Vienna meets all legal requirements for an imprint address. You can use it for your website, your online shop and all business documents.
Is the address accepted by the commercial register court?
Yes, our address is accepted as an official registered office in the commercial register. Many customers have successfully registered their GmbH, OG or KG under this address.
How quickly is the address available after booking?
The business address is available once the contract is signed. You can use it immediately for your commercial register filing, your trade registration or your imprint.
Do I get my own company sign?
Yes, a company sign at the location is included in all packages. In the Plus and Premium package you receive a prominent company sign with your logo.
Can I use the address for several companies?
In principle, each company needs its own package. If you would like to register several companies under the same address, contact us for an individual offer.
What happens to my mail when I am not on site?
Incoming mail is received and stored securely. Depending on the package, you can collect the mail yourself (Mon-Sun), receive it digitally as a scan or have it forwarded to the address of your choice.
Is the address suitable for the trade registration?
Yes, the address is accepted as a place of business by the responsible trade authority. You can register your trade directly at this address.
How does the business address differ from a P.O. box?
Unlike a P.O. box, this is a real physical address with a company sign and mail reception. Official deliveries are possible, which is not the case with a P.O. box.
Can I also use the address for my bank account?
Yes, many of our customers use the business address as their company address with their bank. Most Austrian banks accept virtual office addresses as a registered office.
